We currently have Entry Level positions in Technical Support, Customer Service and Sales.
Must be able to Answer Phones and Emails and Provide great customer service and be able to troubleshoot and work to resolve an issue, add email accounts to devices and diagnose connectivity issues and record each call in a call ticketing system.
Must be able to help customers when they call or come in person to the office with billing issues or questions and changes in service.
Must be able to take an order for new service over the phone/email or in person and walk the customer through the new customer process.
- Excellent customer service skill and attention to detail is a must.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve most problems with minimal need for assistance or direct supervision.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deadlines.
